If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. Please note: You may be required to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods before a replacement or return can be authorised. When returning items you will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Additionally our postage costs will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 48 hours of the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel may be revoked. 

If you should feel the need to make a complaint for whatever reason we would appreciate if you could email or phone us. Your complaint will be taken seriously, we will investigate and will do the utmost to rectify any problem, while keeping you informed of the outcome.

Return policy

All our beds come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Exchanges will be given on any damaged items as long as they are returned unused, without alteration or tampering and in the condition they were received, buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving item. All goods must be inspected on arrival and then signed for appropriately (Any damaged items must be signed as damaged). When returning any items back to us for a refund, any delivery costs incurred must be paid by the buyer. Additionally, our postage costs will be deducted from any amounts refunded.
