Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision within this 14-day period

Returning Products

If you cancel after delivery, you must return the Products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty Products. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Inspection & Condition of Returns

You may open the packaging and inspect the Products as you would in a physical retail store to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

However:

  • Products must not be assembled, installed, or used.
  • Returns will not be accepted for Products that have been assembled.

If the Products are handled more than is necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by that handling.

For hygiene, safety, and resale reasons, we may refuse a return if a Product is returned:

  • in a used condition,
  • damaged due to customer handling,
  • missing parts, packaging, or accessories, or
  • in a condition that prevents it from being resold.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Products, refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until the returned Products are received or proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect Product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or cancelled unless they are faulty:

  • Made-to-order or customised Products, including any items produced, modified, or ordered specifically to your specifications.
  • Special order items that are not normally stocked and are ordered specifically at the customer’s request.
  • Mattresses where the protective packaging has been opened or the mattress has been used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
