Delivery Areas

Delivery is free within a 15-mile radius of our store (WF13 3EP). We can deliver up to a maximum radius of 50 miles; please refer to the delivery postcode options above for applicable fees.

All standard deliveries are made to the ground floor only, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery times vary depending on the product. For more information, please refer to the product description or contact us on 01924 466273.

Please ensure that all items will fit into your property. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist. If our logistics team is unable to complete the delivery due to access restrictions, or if it is not possible for the item to be taken upstairs, a fee of up to 30% may be applied to cover transportation and related costs.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 14 days. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on made-to-order items such as fabric sofas, beds, or wardrobes.
