If our logistics team is unable to complete the delivery due to access restrictions, or if it is not possible for the item to be taken upstairs, a fee of up to 30% may be applied to cover transportation and related costs.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 14 days. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on made-to-order items such as fabric sofas, beds, or wardrobes.
